  • I help patients schedule and coordinate their treatment and doctor appointments.
  • Manage telehealth appointments to ensure doctor-patient connection. Assist my team if they cannot call the patient for their telehealth appointments.

Scheduling Unit:

  • I opened the phone lines in the morning to schedule/re-schedule patients for treatment and doctor.

  • Call the blood bank for platelets and blood needed for the same day; notify the courier for stat pickups at R. J. Zuckerberg that needs to go to Blood Bank, and also what is needed to be picked up from Blood Bank that was ordered.
  • Keeping up with supplies/inventory at CNS. Fix the label Zebra printers and printers when jammed, Answer the phones. Help my peers with scheduling patients' treatments with the use of IQue. Troubleshooting tv issues if they can not be fixed call the TVR service.
