I am a BSN- Prepared Registered Nurse with an active Texas RN license and successful completation of the NCLEX-RN. As an Internationally educated nurse with approximately five years of hospital- based clinical experience in Venezuela, I am eager to transition my clinical knowledge into the U.S. health care system and continue to developing as a professional nurse.
Although i bring previous international nursing experience, i recognize the importance of learning the standards, technology and evidence- based practices specific to nursing care in the United States. For this reason, i believe a structured nurse residency program would provide an excellent opportunity for me to strengthen my U.S. clinical practice while contributing the experience, adaptability, compassion; and dedication i have developed throughout my nursing career.
