Rose Cassidy ~ Aries

- Alongside customer service, running games, and fixing props, I assumed a one of four characters for the introduction to the game. Conveying safety and gameplay tips as a bored ghosthunting manager, harrowing spaceship captain, careless docking mechanic, and a campy singsongy witch.

- Improvising in character.

- Performing quick changes into simple costumes

• Designed practices with warmups, drills, skill building, choreography, and games centered around gymnastics, aerial arts, hooping, ribbon flowing, partner and group acro, and fun.
• Modified coaching style according to each child's unique needs and learning preferences.
• Cultivated a positive team environment by promoting sportsmanship, support, and mutual respect among athletes.
• As sole employee working for the program, I taught and managed beginner-intermediate recreational aerial classes and open gyms for ages 6-18
• Coached a performance aerial team and performance gymnastics/circus team.
• Coordinated 3 showcases, two as assistant coordinator, and one as lead coordinator. This included choreographing acts, gathering costumes, ticket sales, setup, and music.

- Choreographed and performed a back to the future themed tumbling and handbalancing act.

- Specifically learned to handbalance on the hoverboard specifically for this act
