Nature, Reading, Meditation, and Yoga

I am an avid reader and love to curl up on the couch with a good book. I have been practicing meditation and yoga for decades, as I was taught at a young age. I am able to utilize the skills I learned from mediation and yoga for mindfulness training in counseling. Nature is a great way for me to connect to myself. These extracurriculars all play a part to help me become more self aware which is crucial in this field of work.
