I have worked customer service for the past 15 years, 12 of which was in person, and 3 1/2 via phone. I am quick to learn new systems. I have trained associates in various job rolls. I have helped answer questions when the supervisor was off or working on various projects. I am able to calm and assist customers who are upset or have a difficult situation.
I read almost any type of book. I feel you need to keep learning to keep growing. I have traveled to Europe, Jamaica, The Bahamas, and various States
