• -Hired as a part time employee, scrubbing and power washing portable toilets in November 2013.
• -Obtained Commercial Class B License in September 2014.
• -Moved to a full time driving position in September 2104.
• -Drove a dedicated service route from September 2014 to February 2019

-As a service driver dealt with frontline customer service issues & sales initial sales inquiries. My yearly success culminated in a senior driving position.

• -Promoted to Driver Instructor February 2019.
• -Revamped driver training program, created company-specific training materials, and had a 100% pass rate for all drivers that got to the DMV through the in house program.
• -Trained over 100 drivers to help them obtain commercial licenses in a 5-year span.
• -Oversaw all drivers in 5 facilities across Southern California.
• -Conducted yearly ride along check-ups with all drivers, in order to help maintain morale and ensure that safe driving habits were being practiced.
• -Served as a liaison between drivers and management: helped mediate minor disputes, and communicate driver concerns to management.
• -Directly assisted Safety Manager in keeping company safety protocol and procedures up to date and Cal/OSHA compliant.
• -Hosted bi annual safety meetings, where we spoke with drivers on how to continue to practice defensive driving techniques and be the safest team members we could possibly be.
