Practicing blood draw collections has been a significant learning experience for me. I have gained confidence in my technical skills, learning every technique. Each practice session has helped me understand the importance of precision and care when working with patients.

• Developed a system for tracking attendance at rehearsals and performances by members of the clarinet section.
• Evaluated the technical proficiency of each member of the clarinet section and provided appropriate remedial training when needed.
• Instructed clarinet section on proper performance techniques and intonation.
• Facilitated small group discussions about musical topics such as articulation techniques or interpretation styles.
• Monitored performance and recommended strategies to increase output and overall quality.

Being a section leader in the band has been a rewarding experience for me. This role has pushed me to improve my communication skills, which are crucial in healthcare when interacting with patients. I've also gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of practice and dedication, not just for myself, but for the entire section. Ultimately, this has enhanced my skills in patient care and teamwork.
