As a raw grader it's important to know field runs, test runs, storages & change of potatoes. As a raw grader we make sure we check our scale tickets & it's the right potato for line 5 & main line. Our job is also to identify the quality of potato that we are receiving & to communicate with team leads & supervisors.

As a Receiver Operator, our job role is to identify scale tickets & maintain good communication with all truck drivers & scale house to make sure the raw order correct we're receiving is correct for both lines. Our job also involves checking the quality of the raw potato & report any defects such as; vines, dirt,rocks & foreign material to the shift supervisor as needed. My job role is to also shutdown & start up lines & maintain center lines on the halos & pilers for outside receiving.

As a Relief Operator, my job role is to know how to properly operator main line fryers & co product fryer. Being a Relief Fryer Operator also includes how to properly operate the oil room such as, checking valves to make sure we are using the proper oil for a specific item. We are also responsible to complete F.F.A checks to check the quality of the oil for both fryers & if the F.F.A checks come back out of grade, we are responsible for maintaining communication with the fryer operators & the shift supervisor for a pump out.

control all defects from main line/co product & mash line. sanitation qualified so I take apart the equipment on the main line sorters switch out belts and nose rolls when needed and track belts when putting back together. when im out of grade its important to make that call out to my supervisor so he can make changes up front with raw orders. I also im in charge of start ups on main line/co product & mash line making sure center lines and setting are correct and put in.
