In this project I was a Journeyman, I was responsible for working safely and being productive according to foreman and company expectations. I would fabricate tray and supports according to my measurements and routes, I will fabricate for tubing and dekron. Also will fabricate tubing from size 1/8" to 1" tubing including tubing racks up to 15 tubing running all together. Also install stands for instruments installations according to location and details. Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings thoroughly read and comprehended blueprints in order to understand how installation was to be performed.

Reviewed and studied blueprints to double-check installation and implementation project requirements.Utilized proper tools and materials to adhere to safety guidelines.Monitored product quality and communicated necessary improvements to site superintendent. Lead a team of fitters to complete complex installation projects on time and within budget constraints.

Provided technical support during plant shutdowns, working closely with other departments to ensure prompt completion of critical maintenance activities within tight schedules. Participated in safety audits and risk assessments, ensuring that all instrument maintenance activities adhered to established guidelines and best practices. Interpreted and utilized wiring diagrams and technical specific instructions to configure instrumentation and telemetry devices. Conducted preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of metering instruments. Used information in technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals to understand operations and make successful repairs. Calibrated combustion controls to meet appropriate safety standards. Improved safety standards by ensuring proper functioning of safety-related instruments, such as pressure relief valves and fire detection systems. Troubleshoot different type of Instruments, Valves, and Temperatures Thermocouple. Performed work on turbines,Boilers and Furnace doing critical test on different equipment's, also have work on gapping Bentley Nevada Proximity Probes on turbines
