Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant procedural and regulatory guidelines. Conduct daily tracking of pending and completed work to ensure compliance. Achieve department Accuracy and monthly scorecard goals in processing of assigned Compliance related Support Desk. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy by analyzing and drawing conclusions based on data.
