Qualification and Plant trials Leveraging technical expertise to effectively manage qualification process for two Mexicans-packers for existing Agave In The Raw SKUs production driving more than $500,000 savings for the company, annually. Efficiently and strategically qualified 200+ International SKUs in Italian co-packer facility, remotely. Conducted successful multiple plan trials to qualify new ingredient and packaging suppliers to support supply chain diversification.

Product development . Developed and performed bench top product development as well as manufacturing trials from pilot, scale-up to commercialization of Hot Agave In the Raw. Established Internal Sensory Panelists within the company to help position new and existing products in the market.

Collaborative Management . Foster coordination, cooperation and integration with functional teams to build timelines and identification of project deliverables. Managed technical aspect of the project, coordinated with suppliers and co-packers and generated trackers to ensure project timelines are met.

Third Party Certification . Advised and coordinated with certifying bodies-Organic (QAI), NonGMO Project Verified (FCID), Kosher, Vegan and Keto Paleo for new product applications and updates of existing products.

Documentation control and management . Maintained accurate and organized records of product history, product trials/qualifications, specifications, applications, customer specific requests and other technical/R&D related documents.
