Patient Care - Assisting the patients with eating , grooming , and using the restroom.

Mobility- Assist with turning , repositioning patients through the patient's through out the shift.

Transferring patients between beds , wheelchairs and seats

Medical Checkoffs- Taking patients vitals such as Blood pressure and Temperature , and documenting the food and liquid intake of the patient.

Hygiene- maintain patient changing bedding, and cleaning rooms.

Safety- Ensuring that patients are in great and quality hands. Ensuring that safety and protocol are being followed daily.

Communication- Listening and documenting the patient heath care concerns and reporting it to the nurse on duty.
