Resistance Intravehicular Activity Clothing for Microgravity: Research that proposes a novel approach by focusing on targeted muscle activation and purposeful design placement in resistance Intravehicular Activity- IVA- clothing. This distinctive feature sets it apart from existing garments and offers a unique and innovative solution for astronauts and space travelers. The objective is to develop aesthetically pleasing and comfortable resistance IVA clothing that can effectively activate specific muscles during daily routine body movements in the spacecraft. By doing so the research aims to reduce the required training time for space travelers enabling them to combat muscle atrophy more efficiently.
