Financial Due Diligence to help facilitate successful mergers & acquisitions for ‘Search Fund' clients :

• Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, working capital considerations and the quality of earnings.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions financial reporting systems; assessing collateral, accounts receivables, inventory & cash flow; and identifying exposure areas to avoid or reduce value.
• Focus on helping clients reduce the risks of any transaction by providing financial and operational analysis to support strategic decisions .

**Note: A 'Search Fund' is an investment vehicle through which an entrepreneur raises funds from investors in order to acquire a company in which they wish to take an active, day-to-day leadership role.
