Summary

Additional Achievements

When working at St Josephs hospital I was a Clinical Educator in charge of a grant and training medical MD and DO residents on their pediatric rotation with clinical mental health information and practices, with children, adolescence and families.

Presenting to groups of (8-10) MDs, DOs, and NPs as well as staff (up to 15) and on an individual basis, to recognize symptoms, behaviors and nonverbal, cues in children, adolescence, and families, in office, providing clinical information, research for discussions and mental health assessments and referrals.

When working at Copper Springs psychiatric hospital I was my clinical therapist, providing group therapy and psychoeducation up to 30 people as well as individuals. I also moved into the role of Clinical Director, providing training to new employees and current employees on practice policies, federal and state laws, Clinical Practices and documentation, and supervising staff to ensure they use the appropriate clinical engagement. This included observing groups and individual sessions, being observed as well, and ensuring data points and metrics were met for the hospital.

When working at Banner hospital’s Intensive Outpatient Programs, I presented therapy and psychoeducation to groups of adolescents and their families, with groups of up to 35 people, filtering through family and group dynamics and facilitating question and answer sessions to help provide therapy and support.

When working at Intel In the Quality Analysis Department, I used chemical and electrical engineering, math, and science to perform deconstruction of failed chips in order to determine troubleshooting tools which would aid in the construction of chips that would not fail and would perform correctly.

This involved using several processes, including focused ion beams (FIB), dual ion beams (DIB), Crystal analysis (a chemical and electrical process), computer-aided design (CAD) multiple tools and chemicals, and microscopes to allow micron and smaller analysis. I used my understanding of the periodic tables/charts to determine any foreign objects, solids, gases, or liquids, which enabled me telling other groups within the company what to fix on their specific tools.

Owning lab tools and functions of million-dollar pieces of equipment as well as presenting to groups, 10-15 in size, of engineers and upper-level management as well as finance on my findings. My duties also required interacting with vendors, tool installers, and the city, fire department and safety teams to ensure appropriate electrical, plumbing of gases and other items owning appropriate and safe installs of equipment.

Vision and Purpose

  • Part of my purpose is to provide information and resources that help people better understand themselves, how they interact with others, and how to break free from old patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving. I aim to help people realize how limitless they are and how simple the processes of changing the brain, body, behaviors, and interactions can be. My focus is on the impact these changes can have on individuals, families, communities, and ultimately the world.
  • I am dedicated to proliferating and providing research that people can use to improve their lives and those around them, with the hope of creating a ripple effect that positively impacts communities and the world. I believe in evolving into a better person while helping to collectively change the energy and connection of our evolution through meditation, healing, and connecting to spirit.
  • I am currently focused on moving my practice into more healing modalities and am excited to be involved in the awakening of the planet. I know that I am an instrument of change and a catalyst for awakening.
  • On a more personal level, when I am in sessions with clients and discussing concepts and processes, I feel exhilarated seeing them change before my eyes. Knowing that they are understanding and experiencing the profound changes I once went through myself, I am reminded of my purpose. Helping others undergo massive transformation and seeing them leave sessions as different people than when they arrived is the true fulfillment of my calling.

I facilitate a women's group named Radiant Presence with over 100 members, facilitating discussions about life, spirituality, parenting, and finding solutions to life concerns.  That group has been in existence since 2019.

I started and organized a relationship group with over 130 members, which has now been transformed into a spirituality group named "Unlimited", where we discuss many topics such as meditation, quantum ideas, and other similar topics in 2019.

I have several courses on Teachable, all housed under Divine Connections exploring Radiant Presence, women’s issues, Attunement, various spiritual practices, Eckhart Tolle SLG, as well as a Professional Group Coaching with outlined curriculum exploring women’s issues.

I am also currently supervising two private practices, and several other in-house associates with the ability to train any material believed to help patients and clients walking in the door.

Interest in Meditation

I have always believed in the power of meditation, but once I began to learn about the science behind it—how it actually works to heal people and change their chemistry—I realized that even those who are have hard-wired themselves or habitually skeptical can understand, appreciate, and use meditation to improve their lives.
