A driven educator with a doctoral degree in Education from Grand Canyon University and research performed in Willis ISD, specializing in adult teaching and learning. At Conroe ISD, I enhanced ESL learners' language skills and facilitated essay writing, leveraging bilingual abilities. I excel in curriculum development and cross-cultural communication because I am known for innovative teaching strategies and fostering inclusive environments.
I have a master's degree in Elementary education. In 2018, I taught under Professor Gasper, who was also my mentor in his 4th-grade elementary.
In February 2023, I did doctoral research for Willis ISD, earning my doctoral degree in Education with an emphasis on adult teaching and learning.
I supported the classroom by teaching a small group of ESL learners language and instruction and teaching the mainstream classroom how to write essays from start to finish. Since I am bilingual, the instruction and strategies I gave to the students worked well. Other classroom tasks were to help guide students safely to the cafeteria, restroom breaks and help to load them onto the bus.
My assignment responsibilities included taking over the teacher's plan for the day, teaching the content, passing assignments to the students, and collecting prior assignments. I also took students to other classrooms and cafeterias and loaded them onto their perspective buses.
