• Provide ongoing professional learning to teachers and administrators to assist them in implementing effective instructional strategies for students with disabilities
• Provide information regarding resources of support for parents of students with disabilities
• Support school districts through collaborative analysis of the results data for each of the Performance Goals on the State Summary Performance Report (SPR) to assist in determining training needs

• Supervised the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of programs for all aspects of student services including programs for MTSS, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Hospital Homebound, and 504
• Supported human resources operations, including hiring, training, disciplinary action, and termination in compliance with legal guidelines and requirements
• Collaborated with the Finance Director to develop functional budgets within allocated funds
• Continued duties and responsibilities as the Director of Special Education

• Developed, revised, monitored and evaluated an adequate system of professional learning activities related to IDEA, and the Continuous School Improvement Plan.
