The technologies, designed by Pronto Forms, significantly improve operational performance and productivity, save time and reduce administrative processes, improves field workforce safety and productivity and allows for more effective business and operational decision-making through the automation of business tasks via mobile devices.

• Responsible for introducing and promoting SE energy efficiency technologies to 4 and 5 Star hotel companies in 12 focused countries
• Focused teams on developing innovative and cutting-edge approaches with effective resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Assisted with creation of marketing strategy and advertising initiatives used to promote company to community members.
• Worked closely with organizational leadership and key industry stakeholders to align our offer with their needs.
• Developed key CXO relationships with global industry leaders and key partners via a new thought leadership initiative that I created.
• In collaboration with Cornell University Center for Hospitality Research, created curriculum to help our sales teams to better understand operational needs of hotels globally.

• Developed marketing and business plans for a re-positioning of this NH iconic tourism company
• Developed and implemented engineering, maintenance, safety and operational procedures that did not exist previously

• Appointed by the Governor to oversee this very unique key State Department, consisting of four Divisions: Economic Development, Tourism and Travel Development, Forests and Lands and State Parks.
• Drove a greater integrated partnership among the four divisions to gain broader and more collaborative marketing footprint.
• Led Trade Missions to eleven countries with NH-based companies, resulting in a 15% increase in export sales. I conducted meetings with country business leaders, government officials at ministerial level and with our respective US Ambassadors.
• Orchestrated one of the largest acquisitions of land for our State Parks system. This acquisition has had profound impacts on tourism and recreational industries in northern NH.
