Summary

As a rainmaker in sales, I was the sole business developer for my companies and brought in over $2 billion in sales for the companies I owned; so much that we had to stop business development.

My consultative approach fostered relationships with the largest banks and the US Government, leading to innovative solutions adopted nationwide. Recognized for public speaking & expertise, I shared insights at prominent conferences.

As a founder and president of my companies, I enjoyed building & managing dynamic teams, while setting strategic direction for the companies.

Founder, Co-President, Chief Growth Officer

Loan Resolution Corporation
01.2006 - 12.2013
  • Started a group of vertically-integrated companies specializing in the residential mortgage and housing industries.
  • The main company, Loan Resolution Corporation (LRC), managed and sold more than $2 billion in assets nationwide, completed approximately 40,000 transactions, and employed about 300 full-time employees.
  • As a founder & co-president of LRC, I was involved in all aspects of the business, including growing the entity from a startup to national operator, advising and contracting with the US Gov & the largest banks, running operations, managing the IT department, acquiring another company, and more.
  • From when I started the company until I left, I was the only person doing business development for the company. As a 25 year-old, I cold-called the nation's largest banks (such as Bank of America) & cold-called the US Government.
  • I took a consultative approach, and despite my young age, they adopted our innovative ideas.
  • In 2007 with the Great Recession approaching, I consulted with the Bush Administration on innovative approaches to resolving the impending debt crisis that officially started in 2008. When Obama took office in 2009 he adopted the "Home Affordable Modification Program", of which LRC's creative solutions were apart of, and rolled it out on live television during his 2009 State of the Union address. LRC then became a main service provider for Bank of America, the US Treasury Department, and Fannie-Mae became, generating more than $2 billion in AUM (sales).
  • LRC was named in Inc. Magazine’s list of the 500 Fastest Growing Companies in the USA two years in a row. I was a speaker at large conferences, featured on ABC News Nightline, and was quoted in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Forbes.
  • Being in my 20's, I was young and very green while all this took place. I look back on these experiences with gratitude for the LRC founders & team, our clients, and those who are commonly considered our competitors but were really friends along the path.
