HR strategy: As a Director-level HRBP, support development and delivery of Carat client group HR strategy and lead communication, implementation, and measurement of key people initiatives and programs in order to support a vibrant, fast-paced, and high-performance culture
Senior Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Carat CEO and his ELT. Act as a confidante, coach, and constructive challenger to stakeholders
Talent Strategy & Management: Use career and talent framework to develop the careers of employees through roles and assignments that will provide unique opportunities to build experience and skills
Total Rewards & Compensation: Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of total rewards programs that support talent retention and attraction. Collaborate with leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive and equitable, aligning rewards with performance and market benchmarks.
Business Management: Maintain a clear understanding of the organizational capabilities and how best to develop those capabilities through HR strategy. Develop a robust understanding of business financial performance and commercials.
Change Management: Leads and/or supports business leaders in key organizational change management initiatives (M&As, organizational culture changes, business process re-engineering, reorganizations, etc).
Career Development: Work with line leaders, leveraging the framework to ensure that engaging career development plans are developed and implemented for employees
Performance Development: Drive an effective approach to performance development with line leaders. Support business leaders in providing effective feedback to motivate high performers, improve poor performers, or manage lack of performance as needed
Employee Relations: Solve key employee issues which might pose a significant risk to the business
Vision and Values: Develop leaders to be strong ambassadors of the company vision and values. Ensure that people practices are effective in embedding and reinforcing company values into the culture
Employee Engagement: Mobilize commitment and accountability for employee engagement through senior leaders and acts as support and advisor for line leaders in the area of employee engagement.
