
QBHS with prior experience working in behavioral health, including ABA therapeutic practices. Obtaining a degree in Applied Psychology and Black Studies, these studies are used to remain culturally and socially competent. Motivated to adapt to remain inclusive and at the forefront of industry practices and standards. Passionate about advocacy for those underserved, and compelled to collaborate with those who have cognitive and developmental disabilities. Possesses skills in initiation, collaboration, and tact for resolving issues in high-intensity and rapidly evolving environments.
