• As a Senior Scrum Master, I led a dedicated team in the agile development of Surveys and PPR (Program Performance Reports) for grant programs. In this role, I performed all scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.
