● Maintaining the general ledger ,generating financial statements and managerial reports

• Responsible for completion of general ledger accounting on a monthly basis
• Supports general ledger processing; prepares and enters month end and other required journal entries
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements monthly and/or quarterly
• Maintain fixed assets depreciation/amortization.

• Managing accounting team, coordinating with sales and operation teams, monitoring day-to-day financial operations, preparing management reporting, managing financial accounting and reporting systems.

• Work closely with Accounts Receivable, review A/R aging components including Order Entry, Billing, and Cash Receipts
• Sales and COGS reporting and analysis
• Completes assigned balance sheet account analysis
• Reviews monthly transactions and balances for accuracy
• FIFO inventory procedures and analysis (understanding of PO's and costing).
• Helping in Adapting in ERP SAP from Oracle

• Ensuring Accounts Payable, accurate and timely processing of Expenses, Purchase Orders and Inventory Control
• Prepare schedules for external audits/reviews/compilations.
• Helping in adapting ERP SAP
