Work History
Founder of Delivered & Stacked Firewood
Delivered & Stacked Firewood
12.2020 - Current
I founded a firewood delivery service that actively operates during Christmas breaks. On average I generate over $12,000 in revenue every December and January. I've hired four employees, and I manage three trucks and two trailers. My attention to consistency, honesty, and community feedback/support has allowed me to outperform and strive against the many competitors within this field. Firewood sales in the winter are always competitive. Yet, the model I have developed and shared with my employees has proven to be lucrative consistently. Therefore, I will continue to look forward to winter breaks, and I am grateful for the many opportunities I encountered while growing and learning in the business world.
Music Teacher
Highlands Music
05.2024 - 10.2024
As a prerequisite, I originally began by teaching students online for a few months. After getting my feet wet with all the duties and responsibilities of teaching young musicians, I sought to spend my summer teaching at Highlands. I accomplished this with the help of my following and reach on social media. I promoted my teaching services on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. As a result, I began to instruct just under 10 students per week. Lessons with me consisted of in-person lessons, learning song requests, providing personalized lesson videos, and weekly exercises that aimed to build progressively with each student. Even though I am back in school now, I continue to teach a few of my students online. My goal is to not only provide all of the tactical skills that allow my students to embark on their music journey but also to inspire each one of them on a personal level. Often I felt out of my depth while teaching, but with repetition and analysis, I worked my way to becoming the best I could be for all of my students.
Chief Marketing Officer
Tradition Apparel
02.2024 - 09.2024
CMO of Tradition Apparel in Tuscaloosa. This position required creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, especially in its seasonal markets associated with Alabama athletics. My responsibilities included leading digital design initiatives, managing licensing discussions, creating innovative marketing tactics, and organizing group brainstorming sessions to produce original ideas.
Intern
Lawnchair Studios
04.2021 - 09.2023
Interning at LYC studios consisted of all types of engaging activities. I became familiar with everything that goes into managing, promoting, and expanding a studio. A few of my responsibilities included tending to each artist while recording, tracking my guitar loops for our engineers, behind-the-scenes setups to help capture unique shots for music videos, relationship building, and even screen printing. I became a core member of the LYC community. I did this by always taking advantage of the various opportunities that I would encounter on a day-to-day basis.
