I have the immense privilege of leading the East Wake Transfer Station MSW operations. Our partnership with Wake County and the City of Raleigh, encompasses loading and hauling municipal solid waste to the South Wake Landfill. We process over 1 400 tons of waste a day and we serve both Large commercial and Small independent haulers. No two days are the same, my tasks vary from working on compliance related tasks with NC DEQ and DOT, to addressing concerns from members of the public to managing and procuring parts and service for 19 commercial semi trucks, 42 walking floor trailers and Heavy Equipment such as Front End Loaders and Excavators. I also work closely with GFL and travel to the South Wake Landfill each week, to monitor our hauling operations.

Owned and operated 3 Semi Commercial Motor Vehicles. We hauled Hazardous Materials and expedited freight for the Department of Defense and Fedex. We provided, efficient and safe logistical services for high value and classified freight.

I test flew and recertified commercial aircraft in Great Britain, Luxembourg and Germany. Duties included Research and Development, wind tunnel tests, Compliance and I also taught a Fear of Flying class.

• Reviewed aeronautical charts and used navigational instruments during each flight and maintained strong knowledge of government and company regulations.
• Planned routes, altitudes and speeds to provide fastest, safest and smoothest flights for on-time arrivals and high levels of passenger satisfaction.
• Observed aircraft safety systems and operational conditions and immediately reported issues.
