With a robust background at East Penn Manufacturing Co, I excelled in enhancing training methodologies and machine maintenance, significantly improving trainee performance and operational efficiency. My expertise in standard operating procedures and a talent for fostering productive trainee relationships underline my ability to elevate team capabilities and achieve key training objectives.
I attended the ALC learning path workshop to help create the learning path. Also asked to attend a few meetings about the discharge data sheet SWI. Went with the training team 2 times to the Temple, TX plant to assist with training operations.
