I pride myself on being a good worker no matter the job. I have no issue assisting team members with whatever tasks are at hand, asking for help, and pushing myself to meet and exceed expectations. I am a confident leader experienced in janitorial work. I motivate, train, and manage my team to meet expectations every day. Knowledgeable about chemical handling, safety and cleaning procedures. I am also a detail-oriented and driven Shipping professional offering exceptional leadership, planning and training abilities. I have managed documentation, updated computer records and kept track of inventory within the warehouse and workplace. I do my best on a daily basis to be positive and motivational with proactive and resourceful approach to challenges, as well as helping whomever is around and be an exceptional team member. I adept at applying exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills to managing routine shipping operations and solving complex problems independently. I am humble and respectful with productive and dependable nature.

Aside from janitorial, I have hosted karaoke nights and trivia nights at local restaurants, I was a Radio Show Host, and would host/ DJ at local block parties in order to engage more with the general public and encourage people to have a good time in a fun filled environment. When COVID-19 hit, I made the choice to very mildly reduce the number of classes I was taking and focus equally on working. I have volunteered at summer camps for the youth, I have been a drummer for live music and mass services since a Freshman in High School, I have done live acting in Church Live Shows and assisted with the "behind the scenes" including lights, music, and rehearsal adjustments.

As a college grad, I pride myself on exceeding expectations, hitting goals, making quotas, and simply getting things done. I have no problem asking for help, assisting others, and pushing myself to deliver results, and quality. As I aim to branch out, I look for my next career choice and can demonstrate professionalism, and being a valuable asset to a new company.
