I performed a variety of landscape maintenance duties including snow removal, mowing, trimming, pesticide application, weed control, mulching, and trash removal to maintain campus grounds. My main duties included irrigation maintenance and repair and using the wide area mower on larger areas of campus. Some types of equipment include, UTV's for daily tasks and snow removal, skid steers, tool cat with soil conditioner or broom attachment, pull behind air compressor, 144" commercial mower, zero turn mowers, tractors with three-point hitches and implements for turf care and revitalization, and various types of gas and electric power tools

• Was in charge of completing the weekly mowing route with a helper, training new hires and equipment maintenance and repair. Also operated a plow truck for snow removal.

• I kept up with the mowing, brush removal, and keeping the property free of trash. Along with any other requests the property owners had.

• I was in charge of selecting store orders and loading them on the correct trailer. Using a motorized pallet jack.

• Was in charge of selecting, palletizing, and staging completed orders.

• Picked store orders from the deep freezer and staged them in the proper area to be loaded onto a trailer.

• I assisted in the proper startup and winterizing of irrigation systems. Also responded to repair requests and installation of new zones.

• I helped with the weekly mowing route and equipment maintenance. I also worked on landscaping jobs and some snow removal.

• I would diagnose and repair snow plow systems. I also assisted in the installation of new plow packages on customers trucks. We also maintained the commercial properties as needed.
