My job includes supporting all front end roles, and guest needs. Duties consist of cashiering, maintaining and watching self check out, sacking groceries, gathering baskets, doing around the store tasks, and helping any guest that comes across my path. As a team member, I constantly strive to streamline the guest experience. I encourage others to do the same and above all else, make sure that the guest is satisfied before leaving.

• Greeted incoming customers and provided reliable, friendly customer service.
• Explained ice cream flavors, toppings, sundaes, shakes etc. to customers.
• Maintained a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Prepped kitchen, such as washing dishes and cutting up veggies.
• Made Sure food came out fast, tasted great, and had consistent quality
• Prepared all Hot food Items in the kitchen, keeping quality standards thru out each individual order.
• Made sure dining room and party room were always clean for guests to use and enjoy.
