A motivated, personable, and business professional working toward a four-year college degree. A talent for quickly mastering new procedures and environments and am diplomatic and tactful with professionals and non-professionals at all levels. I have always been a hard-working and extremely ambitious individual. My drive to always succeed has been reflected in school, sports, and my jobs.
I built forms for slabs, stripped ten-foot-plus walls, assisted on pour days by lifting rebar so concrete could flow underneath, running a vibrator, and essentially doing anything I was told. Throughout the day I was in charge of maintaining a clean, safe worksite for team safety and to help keep projects on track. Installing and tying rebar was also a big part of my job.
I have worked this position on and off throughout high school and into my college career. I made myself available for any task I was asked to do. I washed cars, and detailed, and vacuumed cars to get them ready to be sold.
I worked this summer position for two summers in a row. My job required me to utilize hammers, saws, squares, levels, and fastening devices to complete projects. I was tasked with keeping the job site clean throughout the day as well as hanging insulation in the walls which was a big part of my job.
This was my first summer with Manley. My job consisted of hanging plywood as well as installing a drop ceiling. Keeping the job site clean and organized was also a big part of my job.
