Responsibilities of my Morning Stock team included the efficient freigh-flow of product from the dock, to the display shelves, stocking all material fully, logging and locating overstock and ensuring all product were priced and displays were correct.
Received the 2018 'Top Operating Yard' Award from the Menards General Office. Ranking my team's performance that year as the 6th best out of 335 locations.
Was stationed in the Belton location for approx 3 months, to assist that store with the opening process.
Included receiving in over 7 million dollars in inventory over a 3 week period, Stocking the outside yard and warehouse completely in preparation for the store to open in Oct 2016
The remaining time i spent at that location, I was tasked with training the entire yard and receiving team, to make sure they were ready to be on their own once i moved to the KC North location to take my own yard.
