While executing my daily work as a Process Assistant I also take on the role as a "Robotics Quarterback"

• (QB's) main responsibility is monitoring overall floor health of the robotic field and leading the safe and effective work dispatch for Amnesty Floor Monitors, while ensuring minimum impact on downstream operations.
• I coordinate with the local learning, maintenance, and operations team, using real-time data and dashboards during shifts to drive standard work practices in supporting the building to achieve daily operational goals.

The role of the Process Assistant is to help support daily management of department duties, including :

• Allocating labor
• Assigning job duties
• Leading meetings
• Communicating with internal and external suppliers.
• Escalating barriers to Operations leaders.
• Drives and executes standard work in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet daily operational goals.

• Learning Ambassador
• Preform audits on associates to ensure quality metrics are met
• Coaching team productivity and quality metrics to have associates better understand their daily metrics and goals
• Proficient in staffing associates in order to reach headcount to be able to service all customer orders effectively
• Experienced in flipping associates to other paths as required to meet adjusting headcount
• Coach and train new Amazon associates to efficiently pick over 400 customer orders per hour
• Retrain associates whose numbers don’t meet standards to ensure their success in the field
• Support other departments and teams within Amazon to meet their goals, providing robotics assistance, keeping the floor free of obstructions
• Trained and certified in Amazon Robotic technologies floor access procedures
• UP and FAST Certified
• Extensive use of the Amazon Robotics Maintenance Manager
• Repair the Amazon Robotic Drive Units as required
• Provide training for new Amnesty employees
