•Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.

• React and respond in a timely manner to urgent breakdowns.

• Perform facility repairs as needed.

• Assist with installation and assembly of equipment.

• Comply with all safety regulations.

• New equipment installation, CNC troubleshooting and repair, hydraulics, automation, and PLC controlled equipment

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing the mechanics of the production-based equipment

• Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical prints

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders

• Fabrication of machine guards, work platforms and other items used in the manufacturing process

• Thread, crimp, and install pipe used for steam, gas, water, air, and liquid

• Use of a wide variety of precision measuring instruments for exacting measurements

• Work from general assignment and process with minimum Supervisor and direction

• Close all work orders assigned to in Emaint each day accurately and timely

• Follow all Safety policies and procedures
