I’m proud to share that I’ve completed the UConn Discovery Leadership Workshop. Over the nine weeks course, this program helped me strengthen key leadership skills through self-reflection, communication, team dynamics, and hands on learning while also introducing me to new people I wouldn’t have met otherwise.
I’ve grown in my public speaking, collaboration, and overall confidence as a leader, and I now have a clearer understanding of my values and how I can positively impact myself and my community.
