As a logistics analyst areas of responsibility included dispatching drivers on a daily basis and working directly with the driver, coordinating stops and routes every day. Worked closely with each municipality and supervisors identifying growth and route optimization. This would also include processing requests to meet customers needs. Daily route audits were essential to insure accurate billing and route closures. I also worked closely with the municipal contract manager with any upcoming contracts or renewals.

As a swing driver and behind the wheel instructor my responsibility was to insure proper training and operation for new and existing drivers on automated side loaders both left and right hand drive, rear loaders, and claw / grapple trucks. Also signed off on roll off trucks.

Relocation professionals are responsible for multiple lines of relocation to include household and commercial customers. Having direct contact with the customer in this service-related industry, requires customer service and satisfaction, which is key and first priority. Quality and execution are also important to success.
