  • Commodities covered during 2014 to current consists of Lube and Vent, Air Induction, Fuel Delivery, and Boosted applications. During this time, I was responsible for robustly executing the Global Supplier Quality Launch process to ensure suppliers meet all launch metrics and support a successful launch. Drive supplier organization to meet program metrics (PPAP, R@R).

  • Responsible for 30-50 hourly employees with the task of supporting the production line with material. These tasks include Sequencing of parts to delivery of material.   • Responsible for moving tooling from troubled suppliers throughout North America as well as gathering tooling information such as process sheets Bill of Materials or any other information that might pertain to the tooling. Other major duties include arranging trucking and shippers for the tooling and any other info requires such as customs paperwork. Updating engineering systems were also included in my responsibilities. Assisting new employees in GM and Aerotek procedures and paperwork. November 2009 I was assigned to Business transfer Coordinator in ns group. Active role includes working with suppliers to ensure a smooth seamless transfer of business by evaluating banks developing milestones and ensuring quality standards is upheld. Other activities include “Constraints”. Working with suppliers to overcome capacity issues due to such things as overcapacity or maintenance problems.

  • Responsible for overseeing and assembly of prototype automotive components, from hand fitting parts to welding components. From sub-assemblies to final parts. Each assembly containing over 300 separate mig welds from 10mm-300mm in length. All welds were checked for proper penetration and angle. Responsible for developing weld sequences and processes. Ordering of materials and welding supplies as well as inventory of projects.
