Worked at the Target on Sam Rittenburg on multiple occasions to supplement income.
stocking, unloading, assisting customers, training new employees, leading employees on various tasks or doing whatever needed to be done
I also worked at a couple Walmart locations during college doing roughly the same tasks.
Also worked shifts to fill in here and there in various bars, clubs and events around Myrtle Beach.
The last several months I haven't been training clients, I moved back here from Conway to join the Charleston Fire Department and had some medical complications halfway through the Academy due to prior injuries in the military. I'm still capable of doing most anything so long as I avoid extreme heat and dehydration.
I've been a fitness enthusiast my whole life, I've always been obsessed with the concept of limitless self improvement and fitness improves the entire mind and body.
I have been very active in a few different sports, martial arts, military training, weightlifting, running etc. and I'm always reading studies, articles, books and watching podcasts with professional coaches, athletes and exercise physiologists.
Patriotism is also another thing that has always driven me. Whether it was the military, activism or personal training I've always wanted to make my community and my country better, healthier, stronger and safer. In these times with a chronic illness and obesity epidemic I believe the fitness industry is very important for making our society better. The same motivation that drove me to serve in the military drives me to want to train individuals and help them improve.
