9 Years 5 Months- Manage custodial employees to ensure cleanliness, operation and safety of the building/area we are assigned to. Answer any question about assigned school whether by maintenance employees, staff or the general public. Write work orders for maintenance needs as well as log in payroll hours daily. Train new custodians on the many different task we have on a daily basis and conduct various section and building inspections using checklists and GIS mapping software. Operate custodial equipment, hand tools and assist with any general maintenance.

3 Years 9 Months- General janitorial work; Scan building looking for any messes from guests in attendance. Answer any questions from guests and assist them in any way to ensure they are enjoying their experience in the building. Stock restrooms and closets for other employees, operate various floor cleaning machines such as side by side floor scrubbers and water extractors, etc.
