That discovery has resulted in exposure to an array of hard-skills; including FTTx architectures, Fiber Deep initiatives, Small Cell, and HFC Coax & Fiber design. I’ve worked with many great people, all with varying backgrounds and refreshing perspectives, who I’ve been able to learn from and grow my soft-skills. I’ve taken my professional growth seriously and I have used Fred Pryor training for a variety of courses, including: ‘Effective Skills For A Trainer’, ‘Becoming An Effective Supervisor’, ‘Coaching Skills For Managers & Supervisors’, ‘Project Management’, ‘Managing Multiple Priorities, Projects, & Deadlines’, ‘OSHA Compliance Rules & Guidelines’, and ‘Finance & Accounting Principles’. I’ve also taken a leadership course offered by Dale Carnegie and I have received my Scrum Master & Agile Leadership for Teams certifications through the Scrum Alliance organization

Held a leadership role within a Design team working in the telecommunications field. Was involved in FTTx deployments utilizing PON, RFOG, Agilemax, and Remote Phy technology in both a Central & Distributive architecture. Provided network transformation services for N+0 & N+X architectures in a Fiber deep initiative. Was responsible for design oversight in Coax & Fiber HFC systems in a business-as-usual environment. Established daily and monthly leadership events to ensure engagement between the front-line employees and the leadership team. Implemented a team culture with clear & concise department goals and development targets. Heavily involved in the staffing and growth of the team along with the growth of the line-of-business. Provided reporting for top-level management for analytical sightlines and supportive reporting for bottom-level management to facilitate empirical driven decisions
