I was responsible for running a route of more than 100 plus commercial pest control customers for Ecolab in the Tampa Bay area at an annual route volume of $240,000. I excelled in making sure all of my customers were properly taken care of each and every month which was indicated by my annual customer retention of 96%, which was 5% higher than Ecolab's standards. I also worked with the sales team to grow my route volume by 10% annually through Ecolab's go for the green program. I was committed to fostering a safe work environment, evident by having zero safety violations year after year.
I started in the warehouse as a loader and quickly strived at that and was recommended by my superiors for a new division within Cintas. I was instrumental in the rollout of the carpet and tile division at the Tampa location by being one of the first employees to train on the patented truck mount system at my plant. As a lead I made sure that jobs were performed in a safe, efficient and timely manner. In 2010 my plant was recognized as location of the year in the carpet and tile division. I was responsible for training new hires on the safety measures and equipment as dealing with high heat and high pressure could be extremely dangerous.
