Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing NYSA’s recreational programs and day-to-day club administrative duties.

Achievements:

Grew the program from 1633 players to 2,144

Responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the Oklahoma Celtic Academy program
and day-to-day club administrative duties.

Achievements:

When I took over the role, the academy had 160 players. Just before COVID (2020), the program grew to 250 players.

Many players who came through the academy program went on to the highest level of club soccer.

I created and modified curriculums, player development tracking, and in-house coach education programs.
