I am an eager learner in the reconditioning world. I am well versed in many forms of reconditioning including

• 8 years of Retail,Hail, and internal PDR(paintless dent removal)
• 4 years of wheel repair, both painted and machined finish
• 5 years of glass repair examination
• 4 years of interior repair
• 8 years of auto body repair, including panel replace, R&I, and bondo work I was the SDR foreman for multitudes of years in charge of the following
• Selling customer and insurance work via supplied estimates
• Writing all estimates for customer, internal and insurance reconditioning
• Dispatch and flag outs of all repair orders
• Daily update meetings for SDR gross and sales projections. I’ve built my career on adapting and learning new things to make repairs more streamline and efficient to get the best experience out of each job. I’m willing and eager to learn anything new and have a perfect attitude when it comes to new people and new opportunities

I was the lead hail tech for the hailstorm of 2020 and 2023 for mills Chevrolet. Doing complete estimates, scheduling, insurance bids, and the physical repair of the hail cars.
