I supported various clients during extended travel, vacation, family emergency, etc. by providing their pets with the utmost care, along with consistent updates, photos, and videos of their pets activities and wellbeing. I maintained a safe and secure space for pets by adhering to strict rules and guidelines set by pet owners such as enforcing manners and being mindful of allergies. I administered medications such as pills and insulin, and ensured stubborn pets got their dosages. I socialized dogs to multiple experiences such as interacting with other dogs, feeling comfortable around dremels, as well as getting their nails trimmed, trimming paw pads, and more. I adapted to various pet personalities and needs, creating tailored care plans for each dog's unique preferences. I managed challenging situations involving aggression or separation anxiety with patience and professionalism, resulting in a calm environment for both the pet and owner. I addressed behavioral issues effectively through positive reinforcement training techniques, improving overall pet behavior. I developed strong relationships with clients and expanded my client base through word-of-mouth referrals due to outstanding pet care services provided consistently over time.

I managed pet safety and wellness in owners' absence by checking med charts to make sure dogs that needed medication were taking it properly and promptly. I also ensured a clean, fun and healthy environment for every animal during their stay by sanitizing dog spaces, equipment, and toys, as well as evaluating each individual dog's personalities and temperaments and placing them in accommodated play groups. I maintained detailed records on each pet's behavior, health, and progress to provide insightful updates for pet owners and increased repeat business through friendly and professional communication with clients. I expanded the facility's service offerings by organizing special events such as birthday parties, holiday parties, pet of the month, etc. I performed simple grooming such as baths, blow dry, and nail trims. I learned sanitary grooming at a different location.

In addition to dogs, we also cared for cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, lizards, birds, and rats.
