Jacksonville International Airport Parking Garage 3 (JAA) | $92M Project

• Managed and tracked quality control activities for the construction of a 151,009-square-foot parking structure adding approximately 2,000–2,400 parking spaces.
• Reviewed subcontractor quality control plans, validated material compliance, conducted field inspections and measurements, maintained deficiency logs, prepared Quality Field Observation Reports, and coordinated corrective actions with contractors and project stakeholders.

Jacksonville Transportation Authority Ultimate Urban Circulator (U2C) | $400M Project

• Oversaw quality control and field coordination for multiple exterior subcontractor scopes.
• Managed installation of the architectural façade system consisting of custom aluminum mesh cladding panels, ensuring proper alignment, attachment, and compliance with design specifications.
• Oversaw installation of a custom black powder-coated aluminum security fencing system, including pedestrian and vehicular access gates with contactless secure entry controls.
• Coordinated inspections and ensured all architectural and site security components met owner expectations, contract requirements, and quality standards prior to turnover.
• Supported the Autonomous Innovation Center, Bay Street Innovation Corridor, fiber-optic infrastructure installation, horizontal directional drilling operations, and Maintenance of Traffic coordination.

• Directed field operations, gutter design, installation, scheduling, workforce management, subcontractor coordination, material logistics, and quality assurance across residential and commercial projects.
• Maintained project schedules, optimized labor utilization, and ensured all work met contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Partnered with suppliers to negotiate competitive material pricing while maximizing value for both customers and the company.
• Maintained strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.

• Conducted law enforcement, access control, investigations, emergency response, and Air Force One security operations.
• Protected over $5.9 billion in government assets with zero losses.
• Vetted more than 10,000 personnel through the Defense Biometric Identification System and led a five-member fire team during a 180-day deployment.
