- What I do as a shift manager is make sure the shift is running smoothly with the experience I have had working at Arby's, and also making sure the store gets closed down correctly every night. I can multitask very well, work in every position that the store needs, and I am good at every position. I have very good customer service skills and voice, too. I resolve issues with customers in the best and most polite way I can, making it up to them in case we do mess up. With that as my job experience, I also have general manager training and experience, since I have been selected from our store to become one of the managers who would look out for the employees of the restaurant. I believe my skills would transfer over to where I would like to be someday, working as a car mechanic. I have been trying to teach myself about how to fix and replace certain parts of my vehicle and maintaining it, i have been trying to educate myself on how a vehicle runs and the complicated components of a vehicle. like how it runs, what are the names, and if i can fix it myself. I love to learn about maintenance, how it works, and how I can learn to fix cars myself, along with other experienced people to teach me. Because starting here would be a great start for me, surrounding myself with people who would teach me and the cars themselves.
