My name is Rylee Kearns and I am a 17 year old student at Ravenwood highschool. I belive I would be a great fit for your company because I am actively involved in the western community. I am apart of the Tennessee High School Rodeo Association as a barrel racer, I frequent shop at boot barn for both personal style and clothes for my working lifestyle. I believe I can use this to help customers find what products would best fit their needs. I am also extremely sociable and easy to talk to. Another reason I think I would make a great employ at your company is because I am a hard worker. I put effort and passion into everything I do. I am an active listener, I pay attention to detail, and I have the ability to learn and adapt very quickly. I pride myself with my communication and eagerness to learn. I am also switching to online school in January to focus on building life skills and focusing on building experience and knowledge. This also means my schedule will be extremely flexible.
