Worked closely with resident juvenile's in support of the cognitive behavioral therapy token society intervention strategy of this institution to promote positive behavioral change while decreasing negative behaviors. Advancing the goal of community reintegration without future justice involvement consequences.

Duties Included

  • Applied cognitive behavioral interventions and operant behavioral techniques to support positive behavioral changes
  • Identifying and understanding the emotional and cognitive challenges that contribute to adolescent anti-social activities
  • Provided group intervention's to further the psychosocial skills of adolescent's
