My objective, or purpose, is to positively impact young people by building a culture of Christ-likeness and servant leadership. My program will be built on the pillars of Accountability, Discipline, Integrity, Sacrifice, and Service. A culture of Christ-likeness in that we will represent ourselves, and everything that the logo we wear stands for, in a manner that reflects Christ and a culture of servant leadership in that each individual will seek out opportunities to serve their family, school, and community. I care about the person first and the player second. Who each individual is as a person and a student will always come before who they are as a player. It is my expectation that this framework will create an impact on each individual in a positive manner on and off the baseball field and will carry on with each one of them long after they are no longer a baseball player.
