• Red Robin was my second job and was a job I spent for most of my skill developing
• At Red Robin customer service was my main priority
• I took on every position to expand my experience and to learn how to achieve customers satisfactory in every way
• I also learned how important teamwork is
• As a host, I was responsible for handing out menus to guests that wanted a table, bussed servers' tables when they were busy, took guests' online orders and takeout orders, put every condemnation the guest wanted on the burger and took notes of modifications, was responsible for the sides the guests wanted such as fries or side salads, communicated with the servers and my team to make sure mods were correct on items, answered phone calls to take reservations and address guest questions and concerns
• As a line cook, I was responsible for learning every burger combination on the menu, allowing for my growth
• I am still with this company to this day as a line cook.

•I was responsible for counting packages and making sure no packages get lost with transportation

•wrap packages with saran wrap to ensure safety

Preform safety procedures and wore gloves and steel toe boots to ensure safety while lifting and encouraged others to do the same

•brought packages to truck with pallet jacks and fork lifts and unloaded them

•gained warehouse experience and some muscle

• Got my first hand experience in a warehouse/garage orientated job
• Detailed and cleaned cars in a garage and preformed maintenance checks for all dash lights
• Performed data entry and completed proper paperwork about cars
• Completed physical inventory counts each month to see how many cars were being produced, traded in, and bought per month
• Collaborated with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks, increasing overall productivity.

• I worked at Hollister Co as a brand ambassador and a brand representative
• Hollister is a clothing brand well known in California that promotes, and represents pop culture clothing
• They have a versatile collection of styles of each category such as jeans, shirts, scarfs, swimwear, and hoodies
• At Hollister I was responsible for talking to every customer to check in and see if they needed help, finding anything they needed, made online orders for guests that couldn't find an item in store, made sure in-store shipment items were put on the floor, and issued in-store pick-ups.
• Hollister taught me the importance of customer servicing and making a good impression to have returning customers

• Papa Johns was my first job
• At Papa Johns, I gained a lot of courage as I learned a lot of things having this be my first job in the workforce
• My responsibilities at Papa Johns were putting the pizza in the oven as well as topping it, taking orders, cleaning the make line, and rolling out dough, providing the best customer service possible, taking online orders, maintaining my speed and efficiency with pizzas and memorizing the mods on pizzas and other items, and placing clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
