I started at Talon Protection Group as a Armed Security Patrol Officer, duty's included responding to low priority non emergency calls to high priority law enforcement calls.

Understanding rental tenant agreements, Oregon Revised statutes, emergency driving, weapons handling, writing reports and understanding alarms.

I was asked to be the Sales Manager due to my advanced knowledge of finding Security contracts and being a master of my industry. Duty's include Salesforce, running a sales team, writing formal proposals, writing service agreements, managing sales team, forecasting, planning in person meetings with potential partners (clients), cold calling, B2B sales, D2D sales, procurement process, responding to RFPs, sourcing my own leads and closing my own leads, Working directly with CEO and VP of Sales. Experienced remote worker but just at home in an Office.

As an Agent of this company I performed White Glove Security, Executive Protection, Workplace Violence, Vehicle Escorts and Close Protection.

Supervisory Role, I made Sure Agents were where they were supposed to be, covered short notice shifts both armed and unarmed.

Management Role, Performed the duty's of a Field Training Manager. Ensured each Agent was properly trained and educated in their specific job duty's, ensured the safety of everyone to include CEO and COO.

• Recruiting and retention, Leadership Training, Transportation, Driving armored Vehicles, responsible for $50,000 in equipment.
• Fire team leader, dismounted and mounted patrols, Observation posts, Listening posts, small arms qualification and maintenance, responsible for 1-10 soldiers to include their physical well being and health, making and performing battle plans, performing orders given to me from the chain of command.
• Radio Team Operator for Brigade, receiving radio transmissions, sending radio transmissions, receiving medivac requests and coordinating helicopters to the medivac grid location, receiving call for fire missions, maintaining radio equipment.

As a Custom Security Officer I would foot patrol various building on the city of Portland contract to include City Hall. I honed in my de-escalation skills as well as my defensive tactics working at the Union Train Station where we sometimes needed to remove subjects and passengers from various trains. On more than one occasion I was a fill in shift supervisor.

The Union Train station is where I was mostly posted and performed various tasks to include keeping track of inbound and outbound trains, keeping the peace of the Train station, searching luggage and trespassing/arresting subjects.

Day to day activities were nearly identical to that of G4S as G4S gave up the Union Train Station account to Allied Universal and I stayed on the site for a change in contractor.

Instead of being at multiple properties I was now only posted at Union Train Station.

Worked with Safeway Loss Prevention to arrest or deter subjects from stealing.

Physically remove subjects from the property

Utilize OC Spray, Taser, Baton and restraints to protect ourselves and Safeway Loss Prevention.

Protect persons and property

Physical Unarmed Site Security at a multitude of job sites to include large commercial buildings, large events of over 1,000 people and vendors, lead Officer at more than one large event at Army National Guard Armories to assist with alcohol monitoring and drug use. Traveled all over washington and Oregon.

• Rapidly assess whether life threatening criteria was present and took immediate action. Knowledge of treatment protocols and response requirements. Interact with patient's families, hospital staff and the general public. Respond to dispatched emergency assignments quickly and safely. Basic and advanced patient assessments. Inspect vehicle medical supplies and equipment during down time. Promote team effort when working with dispatch center, public safety agencies and care providers. High standards of performance including teamwork, communication and compassion.

• Responded to non-emergency calls for transportation with basic life support care.

• Responded to emergencies and provided care to longshoremen.
